It seems the manager at Culligan HSV does not want anything to do with its residential customers. I have tried for several months to get service and each time it is scheduled I get a call to change the day. The staff tells me that the manager was the reason it was...

If you don't want surprises, don't call the "Culligan Man'... If he says it's new, check the bar code sticker on the back. If the bar code says it was manufactured in 2003, and the unit was installed in 2017, how does that make it new? If it's 14 years old, is it...

Culligan - I water bill went from 190.00 to 1,000.00 don’t use them

I had the water softener installed pipes were installed in the walls running from the garage to the laundry drain pipes. The entire time since it was installed it’s been running non stop something is obviously really wrong. My water bills are huge. I have called the company now waiting to see if they can remove their crap out of my house.

Had a water softener installed in 2009. In 2 years the internal seals were bad and had to be replaced for $499. Now after 7 years the main inlet (from the city) and outlet (to the house) water seals that were installed by Culligan are bad. The seals are rotted and...
